Some Linux/UNIX OS vendors have kindly provided binary packages of KOffice 1.95 for some versions of their distribution, and in other cases community volunteers have done so.
Currently pre-compiled packages are available for:
- Kubuntu

- Packages
- Packages are available for openSUSE 10.3, 10.2 and Factory from the openSUSE Build Service within KDE:/KDE4:/STABLE:/Extra-Apps/ repo.
- openSUSE based KDE4 Live CD
