Text editing with styles
KWord provides a What You See is What You Get (WYSIWYG) editor with access to paragraph styles and character styles plus all the expected formatting and markup options.
Print Preview dialog shows all pages
An easy and powerful print preview dialog allows you to save time and paper. When you are convinced the result is worth printing can be done to the printer of your choice or to a PDF file for electronic publishing.
Document revisions
When working till late at night changes may or may not seem all that great when you read them the next day. KWord to the resque, using revisions you can save the state of a document many times all in the same document. This allows switching to an older version the next morning.
Kids Office
The default selection for marking up text is rather complete but at the same time may be intimidating to kids, elderly or just users that just want to get some writing done. We introduce the replacement text formatting widget seen on the right. Simply use the settings menu to enable the “Format” docker and remove all others. This is also ideal for small devices where you use your fingers to press the buttons.
